Unbelieveable AIRBUS A380 HARD CROSSWIND LANDING during a STORM at Düsseldorf – 4K

I have filmed a few thousand crosswind landings at several airports in Europe within the past years, but this Airbus A380 crosswind landing was extremly hard and extraordinary. At first it looked like a pretty normal crosswind approach but after touchdown the pilots tried to align with the runway which looked pretty incredible. I have never seen such a tremendous reaction of an airplane after a touchdown. You can see that the pilots tried to align with the runway by using the tail rudder and luckily it worked out.

This video shows the incredible skills of the pilots. Even after an unexpected wind gust after touchdown they managed to re-align with the runway. Incredible job by the pilots !!

Watching an Airbus 380 is always interesting and a pleasure to watch. I would realy like to know what the passengars thought during the Arrival today at Düsseldorf.

On Sunday August 20th 2017 the Duggar family plane that is registered as N15TC (MU-2B-36) landed at the Rockford Airport in Rockford approx. 1:07 pm CDT. They landed on runway 19 from the North and taxied over to the Emery Air ramp where they parked the aircraft.

The doors opened up on the aircraft after they parked around 1:12 pm and the father Jim Bob Duggar was the first off the aircraft. Shortly afterwards several Duggar family members including Josh and Anna also departed.

Anna Duggar is STILL pregnant!
When Anna departed the aircraft, you can clearly see she still is pregnant.

Josh and Anna Duggar did not hug or kiss when they departed the aircraft. She walked up to the Emery Air building while Josh Duggar helped unload the baggage from the aircraft.

Employees from the Emery Air had a golf cart that Josh put the baggage onto.

They sat around a few minutes chatting and talking to each other and the Emery Air employees before walking into the building.

It is not yet known why Josh Duggar and Anna Duggar and Jim Bob Duggar, and a few other family members are in Rockford, Illinois for.

Unconfirmed Rumors are saying that Josh may be coming back to rehab and his family is here to support him. Other rumors have said the Duggars choose Rockford as the place to have their child, because of their family ties to the local churches and religion.

Flight Attendant SECRETS You Probably Don’t Know

Subscribe to Talltanic http://goo.gl/wgfvrr

4 – Be Wary of Water
Never drink the tap water offered on a plane, this includes inside that tiny closet lavatory and expands all the way to swallowing the colorful collection of coffees and teas. And here’s why. The ports to remove lavatory waste and refill the aircraft with potable water are more often than not only a few inches away from each other. Several flight attendants, on a survey, admitted to filling up water bottles with water from the holding tanks. Also, those holding tanks are usually as old as the plane itself and aren’t cleaned very often, if at all. That water in the coffee pot may be swarming with all kinds of bacteria, best to stick with bringing your own bottled water. And if you simply must have coffee in order to survive, you might want to spend the extra bucks inside the airport concourse on Starbucks.

3Cash Me Outside Voucher!
A sad fact of flying, most airlines not only overbook, but it happens way more often than not. This is done to ensure that they make as much money from each flight as possible. Most people would be shocked at the staggering amount of flyers who happen to miss their flights. Airlines are counting on it. Yet this method doesn’t always go according to plan, which results in many passengers getting overbooked and consequently, getting bumped off their preferred, already paid for, flight. If this unlucky traveller happens to be you, know your rights! Your airline will most likely attempt to bribe you with vouchers, which can be exchanged for purchases through that airline. However, the pros will tell you to refuse those bits of paper masquerading as money and instead, go for cold hard cash payouts. If you are involuntarily denied boarding, you are entitled to a cash payment, on the spot. This can net you up to 1,300 dollars, or 400 percent of the value of the one-way fare, depending on the length of your unscheduled delay.

2 – Oxygen Mask Time Limits
If you have ever flown before, you’re probably familiar with that song and dance the flight attendants will do before take off, you know the one, that boring speech with the strange arm movements about what to do in case of an emergency. Well, maybe next time you should put down your iPhone and actually listen; because those few moments of instructions could very well save your life. Here’s a helpful tidbit to help you survive an airborne tragedy, as soon as those oxygen masks descend from their containment cartridges, you only have approximately 15 minutes worth of oxygen located inside those face strapping devices. This should easily be enough time for the pilot to lower the aircraft’s altitude, which will restore oxygen levels back to where you can once again breathe easy. However, at altitude, you will only have around 15 to 20 seconds to secure your mask before your body succumbs to lack of oxygen, causing you to pass out or worse. So, when those attendants of flight tell you to put on your mask before helping others, they really mean it.

1 – Think Planes Are Clean? Think Again.
While most people fret about that sickly recycled air pumping through the airplane’s ventilation vents, relax, the air onboard is constantly filtered, approximately twenty times an hour in fact, through hospital-grade HEPA filters. Now, as for the sterile conditions of every other aspect of the aircraft’s interior, anyone afraid of germs, may want to close their eyes for the rest of this segment. Word to those who fly often, watch out for all those nasty contaminated surfaces. Those fold down trays from which travellers often eat their onboard meal, are reported to be the absolutely nastiest and filthiest part of the plane. That’s right, be careful about resting your head against this hard plastic, because that innocent looking tray, is probably covered in germs! Take precautions if you want to avoid getting sick, for instance, don’t rest any food on that tray without a napkin or two placed beneath! Other surfaces to watch out for include, armrests, seat belts, and buttons in the lavatory. Due to time constraints, many of these areas of the plane are rarely, if ever, properly cleaned. Those pillows and blankets you often bug your flight attendant to bring you, well those probably haven’t been cleaned in years. Think folded and reused indefinitely! Be weary, for, in these sordid conditions, even the biggest jar of hand sanitizer in the world won’t save you! Though, those of us unafraid of germs for one reason or another, typically make it off the plane alive. Germs for thought.

People often ask “can you fly that thing to work/school/the store?” Although it’s not really practical to do daily, I sometimes find an interesting place to land. This McDonald’s had a nice grass field that begged for a landing. Luckily, the local citizens found it intriguing and didn’t call the cops.

Here’s why most planes are white

Every airline has their own branding on their planes, but for the most part, they’re all painted white.

Why? The light color reflects sunlight and solar radiation while the plane is in flight and keeps the cabin cool. “It’s basically like putting sunblock on,” MIT Aeronautics and Astronautics professor R. John Hansman told Business Insider.

Air Traffic Controller tries to LEAVE the TOWER! Flight Sim X (Multiplayer)

An untrained air traffic controller in FSX multiplayer tries to leave the tower while on-duty at the Boston Logan Int’l Airport, but not before he makes a snarky comment towards my piloting skills which causes me to return to the airport and show him what’s up. Enjoy.

RAW AUDIO | EXTREMELY close Airbus A319 flyby captured by GoPro on a High Altitude Weather Balloon

70 minutes into our 3.5 hour high altitude balloon (weather balloon) flight, OLHZN-5, we inadvertently experienced an extremely close flyby over Newark, NY (**not New Jersey**) from an Airbus A319 operated by Delta Air Lines (Flight #159) which was en-route from Boston, MA to Detroit, MI and flying just over our payload at 38,000 FT. This is the footage captured from the onboard camera of the event. All of our flights follow FAA Federal Aviation Regulation requirements outlined in FAR Section 101 and additionally have NOTAMs filed with the FAA and coordination is performed with the local ARTCCs and airports to ensure safe operations.

The flight launched from Honeoye, NY just outside of the Rochester New York area in the Finger Lakes region. The flight traveled to an altitude of 102,544 FT. and landed northwest of Syracuse, NY.

Every airport runway has 2 numbers on it — here’s why

Every runway in the world is numbered…twice. These two numbers are closely linked to a shifting magnetic north, but are essential for airports to direct traffic through all the different runways.
